Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı, İstanbul ili Bakırköy ilçesinde bulunan ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan yöneticilerin okullarda kriz yönetimine ilişkin görüşlerini çeşitli değişkenlere göre belirlemektir. Nicel yöntem kullanılarak yapılan araştırmanın evrenini, 2018-2019 eğitim-öğretim yılında İstanbul ili Bakırköy ilçesinde bulunan 33 devlet ilkokul ve ortaokulu, 41 özel ilkokul ve ortaokulunda çalışmakta olan 134 okul müdürü ve müdür yardımcısı oluşturmaktadır. İlgili evrenden örneklem alınmamış, çalışma evrenindeki tüm müdür ve müdür yardımcılarına ulaşılmaya çalışılmıştır. Dağıtılan ölçeklerden 69 devlet ve 65 özel okul yönetici ölçeği değerlendirilmeye alınmıştır. Veriler, Aksu ve Deveci (2009) tarafından geliştirilmiş olan "İlköğretim Okulu Müdürlerinin Kriz Yönetimi Becerileri Ölçeği" ile toplanmıştır. Araştırma verilerinin çözümlenmesinde betimsel istatistiklerin yanı sıra t-testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA) ve LSD Çoklu Karşılaştırma testi kullanılmıştır. Verilerin çözümlenmesinde SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) 25.0 paket programı kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, ilköğretim okul yöneticilerinin kıdem değişkenine göre okul yöneticilerinin kıdemi arttıkça kriz yönetim becerileri de artmaktadır. İlköğretim okul yöneticilerinin kriz eğitimi alıp almama değişkenine göre tüm alt boyutlarda, kriz eğitimi alan okul yöneticilerinin kriz yönetim becerileri almayanlara göre anlamlı bir farklılık yaratacak düzeyde yüksek çıkmıştır. İlköğretim okul yöneticilerinin kriz yönetimi becerilerine ilişkin görüşlerinde cinsiyet, öğrenim durumu, görev türü ve okul türü boyutları karşılaştırıldığında anlamlı bir fark bulunmamıştır. The aim of this research is to determine the views of administrators working in primary schools in Bakırköy district of Istanbul regarding crisis management in schools according to various variables. The universe of the research carried out by using the quantitative method is composed of 134 state principals and assistant principals working in 33 public primary and secondary schools, 41 private primary and secondary schools in Bakırköy district of Istanbul in 2018-2019 academic year. Samples were not taken from the relevant universe, and all managers and assistant managers were tried to be reached in the study universe. From the scales distributed, 69 state and 65 private school administrative scales were taken into consideration. The data were collected by "Crisis Management Skills Scale of Primary School Principals" developed by Aksu and Deveci (2009). In addition to descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and LSD Multiple Comparison test were used to analyze the research data. SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) 25.0 package program was used to analyze the data. According to the results of the research, according to the seniority variable of primary school administrators, crisis management skills increase as the seniority of school administrators increases. According to the variable of whether or not primary school administrators receive crisis education, all sub-dimensions were high enough to make a significant difference compared to those who did not receive crisis management skills of school administrators who received crisis education. There was no significant difference in the views of primary school administrators about crisis management skills when gender, education level, task type and school type dimensions were compared.
