    Notes on Starlike log-Harmonic Functions of Order alpha

    For log-harmonic functions f(z) = zh(z)g(z) in the open unit disk U, two subclasses H∗ LH(α) and G∗ LH (α) of S∗ LH(α) consisting of all starlike log-harmonic functions of order α (0 ≤ α < 1) are considered. The object of the present paper is to discuss some coefficient inequalities for h(z) and g(z).

    Some Properties of q-Convex Functions of Complex Order

    Let A be the family of functions f(z) which are regular in the open unit disc D = {z : |z| < 1} and satisfy the conditions f(0) = 0, f 0 (0) = 1 for every z ∈ D and let f(z) be an element of A, if f(z) satisfies the condition 1 + 1 b qz Dq(Dqf(z)) Dqf(z) ≺ 1 + z 1 − qz where b is complex and b 6= 0, then f(z) is called q−convex function of complex order. The class of such functions is denoted by Cq(b). In the present paper we will examine the class of Cq(b).

    A fundamental result of this paper shows that the transformation F=az(h(z+a/1+(a) over barz) + /(h(a) + <(g(a))over bar>(z + a) (1 + (a) over barz) defines a function in S0 HS* whenever f = h( z) + g( z) is S0 HS*, andwewill give an application of this fundamental result.
